  1. Recruiting - 2018

Froling is going pro. But I do looking forward to seeing who we get in this late period. I wish there was more information on whom we are targeting.
  2. Recruiting - 2017

Interesting. .. wonder if we will try again to get him.
  3. Recruiting - 2018

Saw we just offered Kawanise Wilkins. A JUCO with 3 years left. I have seen this guy mentioned before and believe he would be a good get. He is listed at 6'6, shoots well and has good athleticism. He was on the radar of some very good schools before he got hurt. Also plays pretty good Defense and rebounds as well.
  4. 2017-18 Season

I try to be an honest poster as well as a fan. And God knows I have posted some negative things on here (Campbell's Offense) due to the extremely high expectations on this team this year. However on a positive note, let's not act like Siena (pure dumpster fire). We won 20+games again and have at least 5 freshman next year that look pretty damn good. We have Cremo and hopefully Nichols back. We will be ok and have a chance to be a very good next year. At the Midmajor level that's all we can ask.
  5. 2017-18 Season

The expense is the tough part. If u win (which we never do) then u need to continue to pay.
  6. 2017-18 Season

Please go on the road if so. Stop spending money on these tournaments. We are 0-3 playing in these. Because even the players don't care...fans certainly don't care. I would say play if you have young players who could use the experience...they had no freshman on the court this year...at all. HARD PASS! Thats not even WB main reasoning for playing in these though. He always goes the route of, its another opportunity for the seniors to get another game. I hope from what he saw this season he decides to just end it. From what I was told it's a consecutive postseason thing. They want to keep that going. Apparently it's important to the university/Basketball team. They even mention it during the intro on the big screen before each game.
  7. Butts in the Seats 2018 edition

It makes perfect sense and yet it's not being done as far as I can tell. The big question is WHY NOT ?????????????????????????????
  8. Poll Question

    Basketball. Definitely Basketball.
  9. Butts in the Seats 2018 edition

I must admit. I had really high hopes for Benson. But so far I'm less then impressed. I really hope that changes.

  11. Butts in the Seats 2018 edition

Your right. I'm just praying they are planning a major renovation (with the extra money). But I don't think they are. Also aren't the name rights up? Are they taking bids for that?
  12. 2017-18 Season

Do you really think cutting prices in half would double attendance? Cutting them by 75% would quadruple attendance? The program is not a money maker as it is. We all want this amenity and that amenity, but also think it's too expensive? They need to do everything in their power to build a fanbase... Sell out building regularly then start raising prices to maximize profits. They are doing the opposite... Jacking prices and mandatory donations to buy season tickets... Instead of growing the fanbase and then wonder why people feel priced out. I again agree with every word of this. 100000000 likes... I said this exact thing with football last year. Cheaper prices, build a fan base, then raise them gradually. The only way I would think about disagreing with this is if we were saving money for a HUGE jump in athletics. Which we all know is not happening. Therefore build the freaken FANBASE!!!
  13. He did that this year and I believe they did not use Foster the right way. Guy should have started from day one.Your right. But Foster was not really in the rotation at his other schools. You see it all the time but I was thinking a couple of guys at a big school averaging like 8 points a game that drop down.A guy from a major conference averaging 8pts a game is certainly not dropping to a low major. 8pt/game you would be looking at a lateral move not a drop down. Usually grad transfers are the other way around anyway. The big schools pluck them out of the mids (which I can see happening with David). He can probably play up somewhere closer to home. A change might be for the better for both sides.Just cross referenced verbal commits and espn to find Red Shirt Srs from 2017. In 5 minutes found 6 that when from high majors to mid majors averaging at least 6 points a game. I'm not saying it's easy but they are out there and with cremo and Nichols, both 1st team all conference, why would you not wanna come here for a year. Even a proven mid major big is fine. They are most certainly out there. Just need to get them. But your right. There may be only a few this year and most do lateral.

    100 percent right ....100 percent !!!
