Yeah I'm not sure I buy that considering who started last years senior night game. Jamir Andrews did not start that game. We can agree to disagree.

It was a solid win and all of the SR's contributed handsomely. Will be sad to see yet another solid group of guys leave.

EDIT: Edited, as I was looking at the first round game...but Jamir didn't start either game and was listed as a senior.

EDIT2: NVM, looks like Jamir didn't graduate and is a grad student (slipped my mind). Either way, I'm still not buying the SR thing. With Charles being out, CB could have put Cremo at the 3 and started Nichols along Costa. Move Campbell to the 4 and Stire the 5 as usual. That didn't happen.

Yeah I'm not sure I buy that considering who started last years senior night game (yes, it was a touching moment considering his families misfortune with his sister). Jamir Andrews did not start that game. Matter of fact, neither did Dallas per the box score I'm looking at. Rowley was the only one to start. It's all good though, we can agree to disagree :).

I thought Foster stepped-up In Charles’ absence and played a very solid game.

Jamir redshirted last year to preserve a year of eligibility. That's why he didn't start in the senior game.

And then Foster doesn't start. Only way to get all three seniors to start..which Coach Brown said he wanted to do..was to sit Nichols, Cremo or Campbell. Considering Costa most often subs-in for Nichols..it makes the most sense. I don't think there's anything to read into here.

Starting all seniors is done EVERY single year...I don't see any way you do that if you don't sit either Nichols or Cremo...and there is no way you sit Cremo. If Charles was healthy...I think both Nichols AND Cremo sit to start even if it's a few plays. Listen, Nichols clearly had a bad attitude or something in that practice but if this was a regular game and not senior night, I believe he'd start in his normal spot.

4: Stire or Foster
3: Cremo
2: Costa or Nichols
1: Nichols or Costa

Subs don't matter, you can go back to regular pairings or rotation at first foul or timeout. This way you only remove Campbell...but you sit Nichols of all people? The most volatile? Just cause of 'senior night'? Nah fam, not buying it.

I don't care if I'm the only one who thinks this. Like David, I'm rockin to the beat of my own drum on this one .

You are...do your thing even if wrong...lol I'm not saying whatever happened in practice didn't make the decision on who to sit a bit easier.

Sorry, I've been gone for a week and a bit out of whack with UA events the past week. What is the practice incident? Can someone point me to the thread where it is discussed?

All the TU said was Point guard David Nichols wasn't available, either, as he apparently got tossed out of practice before the media arrived.

"He didn't make it until the end of practice" is all Brown would say.

Nichols' 53-game starting streak will come to an end Tuesday so Brown can get Anderson into the lineup.

He played anyway. WB has said he tossed Jamar out of practice 100 times
