CAA will say sayonara to bye-week glitches

Towson didn’t play the weekend before Saturday’s visit to the University of Richmond. Albany, where the Spiders play this Saturday, didn’t play this past weekend.

On Oct. 22, the Spiders visit Elon, which is off Oct. 15. Three times in an eight-game CAA schedule, UR will meet a rested team with an additional few days of preparation.

I do have concerns that we are giving up so many yards and relying on turnovers to bail the D out. Effective when it works. but not so sure it can be a good formula with the meat of the CAA schedule coming up.

Agreed. Sussman has to have 15-20 completions per game and hover around a completion % of 60-65% or else we'll get shut down. Our running game is good but you can't be that 1-dimensional and compete in the CAA week in and week out.

We have not proven to be #16 team in the country. Sorry

Completely agree. To see that some are putting us in the Top 15 (AGS Pollsters) is mind boggling. We are a complete paper tiger as of now. This is not to blame or put pressure on Sussman...but if that kid puts it together consistently, we are definitely a much better team that has the ability to be a Top 16 team.

Right now, no. Buffalo is garbage; URI is garbage; Holy Cross is o.k.; and St. Francis just didn't have the depth....

We have played no one of true significance from a Polling perspective.

Win 2 of the next 3...and it's a completely different story. Not one of the next three games is easy.
