Signings – Rocklin's Ryan Eckert, a first-team All-Sierra Foothill League tackle, has signed a partial football scholarship with the University at Albany in New York, according to Thunder coach Greg Benzel.

Interesting, he's not one of the LOI signers mentioned in the 2/12 football release. Does that mean he just signed after the first day for LOIs?

Yes. The released list of LOI's only includes those that signed to that point.

 

The incoming recruits will include those who signed on signing day, those who signed after, transfers and preferred walkons (not on scholarship but don't have to try out either).
