Unfortunatley it appears #14 got cut from the Denver Outlaws. UA didn't do too bad seeing as it was a "rebuilding" year.

Good call there. UMass goes tothe national finals and lost to UA, how sweet that was again. Also, do not forget the near victory over SU and Hopkins.

Granted the teams record was worse than years past, but with all the rebuilding they needed to do for this season, they did a spectacular job. A preseason pick to finish #2 to UMBC, seemed very generous, seeing as at that point goalie was still up in the air, and there was no X man. Preseason polls picked it right. Like I posted at www.laxpower.com. Preseason grade B, post season A-.

Rumors, rumor, rumors. Coach Marr is NOT going any where. He is the best thing for Albany sports. He has 5 years of post season experience, in a 6 year tenure. Plus he is a national assistant, bringing notoriety to the program, and his success with the team has brought us John Fallon Field. Duke needs to remake its image in lacrosse. Look for a private school coach. Navy, Army, Notre Dame, or a school of this type where discipline and self control are a major part of the collegiate life.
