Isn't Albany a lower-income as well as smaller market than LI?

 

They're getting $700k per year, we got $275K per year from SEFCU in 2006 (thru 2016)

I would imagine a football stadium would get larger $'s than a basketball arena. Btw, any update on that? And..has Benson talked about any renovations or expansion in his short time here?

Exactly. And, it's all about how the pitch is made. You can presumably entertain more people in a larger stadium (seat-wise), and graduations, events, etc. Also, it's likely that signage is extremely prominent height wise. Frankly, I don't think we should be accepting anything less than 5 million for naming rights. I'd be good with 7.
