Isn't Albany a lower-income as well as smaller market than LI?

 

They're getting $700k per year, we got $275K per year from SEFCU in 2006 (thru 2016)

Exactly. And, it's all about how the pitch is made. You can presumably entertain more people in a larger stadium (seat-wise), and graduations, events, etc. Also, it's likely that signage is extremely prominent height wise. Frankly, I don't think we should be accepting anything less than 5 million for naming rights. I'd be good with 7.
