    By "partly" I meant the QB OC & the HC who allows it to continue.

    Bernard said play calling won't change-does he mean from High School. The play calling and offense/schemes are awful. He's partly to blame.

    I go to quite a few section 2 HS games and see better offensive schemes

    Needs (no particular order) QB Offensive scheme Offensive Coordinator Size on O line D line can't stop the run - undersized

    QB isn't good, Who is responsible for designing this offense scheme/system? Play calling is so limited.
