Why YOU should be a Great Dane

Don't know if this is Benson's doing, or if the media/marketing department is shared between Athletics/non-Athletics...but it seems like since he joined up we've gotten MUCH better at high quality videos instead of the previous year 2000 , filmed with a phone looking videos we had before.

Awesome stuff.

That is just great!!!! It's starting to get to the point where you think about the University, or being part of the University, as being a Great Dane...rather than the Great Danes being the representatives of our school on an athletic field/arena.

This is brilliant stuff!

That's how you advertise a university!

And yes, over the past decade, I have felt much closer to the university as a whole.

Amazing things happen when a university invests in its athletics program, especially if you're the university

representing the state capital of NY.

I graduated in 06, and have been back 3-4 times to visit, mostly passing through and walking around when in Saratoga for the weekend. The campus previously always had this depressed, overly concrete and grey feeling. However, the campus had really undergone some subtle but noticeable changes, with new modern buildings popping up all over the place. Mix that in with some good marketing, and a blooming athletics program across many sectors and its bound to continue to grow. No reason why we can't become the premier SUNY school, and premier SUNY college experience at a minimum.
