Snow storm predicted for Wed-Thurs in the Capital region. I know the team as well as some fans are flying out on Thursday.

I was looking at RealtimeRPI and thought UNLV didn't look too intimidating with a 1-point win over Morehead St., a 2-point win over Sam Houston St., and a 29-point loss to Stanford. But RtRPI doesn't list their 7-point win over Temple. Christian Wood is a 6-11 F averaging 12 pts. and 10 rbs. who also shoots the 3. They've also got a 6-10 center, and guards that go 6-6, 6-6, and 6-3.

I think they lost a lot of scoring from last year but had the 5th ranked recruiting class nationally to make up for it. We are going to have our work cut out for us.

At this early date Sagarin predicts a 5-point win for Vegas. RealtimeRPI is less optimistic, about 13-15 point spread, 22% chance of a win.

No casinos have a line for our game..we have been called shmucks and stiffs so far by two casinos. All the MGM ones which are like 8 and the Tropicana nor the Monte Carlo. GDG can't wait to stick it to them here lol.
