Last Up: L (81-73) @ Monmouth

Next Up: vs Colgate (3-2, 1st in Patriot League, beat UMBC by 5 and lost to UConn by 12)

TV/Streaming: ESPN3

Local Radio: 104.5 FM

Poor showing against Monmouth. Defense was pretty lackluster and our free throw shooting was horrendous. Forced some shots and just didn't play our game overall for the majority of the game.

Time to move on to the next one...Colgate.

Colgate is crazy about shooting 3's they put up 5th most in the country. If Albany guards the three well, we'll be fine. If we don't we'll lose. Not only do they put them up but they make 40% of them. 51 of their average points come from 3's. That's #1 in the country from a points distribution point of view.

These games are good prep for teams like UNH and UML that their big guys shooting beyond the three point line. I'm really hoping to see a healthy David Nichols tonight. The wrist looked like it bothered him shooting from the line and in game the other night.

It must be really bad, it affected everyone's foul shooting!

The rest of the team shot just over 76% of their free throws which is on par with their season average.
