Colgate Game Notes

Sportbet line is Albany -6 1/2, Over/under is 44

Weather forecast is near 60 degrees, light wind, slight chance of rain

This one could be high-scoring, 'gate has scored 31 in their last two games.

Could be our best chance for a win against a team with a winning record.

Danes expect more from Red Raiders - T-U gameday story.

Note: Colgate hasn't been the "Red" Raiders for over ten years, and their color is Maroon anyway.

I'm OK with the 3:30 start time now that Daylight Savings Time into November. 1:00 is fine at the end of the season except that tailgating has to start too early.

I want this win...almost don't care about anything else this season (considering tough schedule rest of the way)...I want this! .500 at worst season would make very very gitty about the future (even thought this season has already made me gitty)

But they aren't. You'll have to deal with the 3:30 time. The away games at UNH 6pm and Villanova 7pm are even later.

I don't mind it for myself. I just envision the casual fans leaving at halftime when it starts getting colder.

Of course, this could be a ploy to sell more warm Danes merchandise and hot chocolate at the game.
