Just heard on the CH 13 news that Elliott Croskey has been suspended for "violation of team rules". No term of suspension mentioned. Ah well....

Think click was referring to the fact that 'no term of suspension' was mentioned, meaning it's indefinite. We don't know the details...if it's indefinite (like Gontareks) then yeah, he's gone. Another promising prospect gone.

 

Is Gattuso sacrificing character to get athletes so he can win? If he has another year or two like last year, I don't think he'll be here much longer.

One: if you follow his career, Gattuso is a HUGE character guy.

TWO: Elliott Croskey, up until this point, has been a character guy both in H.S. and in College.

 

So, let's let things play out before painting broad strokes, eh? It could be missing class, late to practices, acted emotionally to a coach, etc. etc.

 

It may turn out to be something very bad...or something that is just a lesson for him.

 

But let it play out...

I heard mention of Eli Mencer being shifted from RB to LB for his redshirt freshman year, but he appears on the spring roster at RB. I know those can change. Maybe this will impact it. Personally, I

like coaches who are big character guys as long as it's for "real" stuff and not penny ante BS. I'd rather a decent clean program with good kids than the alternative.

Old Dominion, which is now FBS, just added UA for 2017 as per twitter.

 

Albany will get 275K for the game.
