Big Purple Growl 2/7 Lowell

I don't remember that...from what I remember they were on UNH's side of the floor about to go back on offense. He didn't take him out right after Baker hit the FT's...Baker played that defensive possession, there was a foul, UNH guy went to the line, and Dallas came in. If it was right after Baker made FT's, I'd understand that...but this is why I'm not sure why he was taken out because we were about to get the ball if I remember correctly.

FWIW, this is also my recollection of the events.

I remember it the same...doesn't matter but it was a curious decision.

Unfortunately the stat sheets seem to be missing a few plays in the last minute and can't resolve this

http://stats.statbroadcast.com/statmonitr/?id=81994&a=1

Baker in for Sanders at 1:20

Sanders in for Baker at :59

but at 0:02 Baker makes foul shots, commits a foul, and subs in

My 2 cents. He took him out while UNH was shooting FT's. Assuming for rebounding purposes. Possibly thought they were going to make one and intentionally miss one and wanted the rebounding? I'm not sure if he intended to call a TO (we didn't have one) and put him back in but I would have preferred he was in there for the inbound play after they made the FT.

Just watched the replay on ESPN3:

Baker hit the 2 FT, Albany called TO (no substitutions), Baker fouled UNH upon inbounding (3.1 secs), UNH hit first FT, Baker subbed out for M. Rowley, UNH hit second FT, Albany knocks out their inbound (0.9 secs, revised to 1.2 secs), Dallas subbed out for Peters, UNH misses last second shot.
