So awesome! Hopefully he gets some playing time!

I don't remember from his UA days, but is he good at blocking? Or is he more of a receiving TE? Chan Gailey barely calls plays for the TE's to catch...so if he can separate himself as a blocker and help out Matt Forte, this will be good.

Yes, he's a good blocker. KC did some 3 tight end sets and that was his primary role. Good hands and decent speed too. So we got UA as a TE on the Jets and SB at TE (Tye) for the Giants. Who'd have thunk it?

Now that I think about it, Parker was only active for a game or two, had one catch and made a nice block to spring a TD and was mentioned by the announcers as having made that good block.

Failed his physical and was cut from the Jets
