Terrific effort by UA! The weather conditions were terrible. They really kept the pressure on BC. Pinheiro had so many opportunities. He's a beast.

Terrific effort by UA! The weather conditions were terrible. They really kept the pressure on BC. Pinheiro had so many opportunities. He's a beast.

 

That was just about a perfect effort.

Scored early, and then kept the pressure on.

The game was definitely chippy at times, but it's the NCAA playoffs and those things happen.

 

The game was the same as the regular season game at Chestnut Hill, with BC's score being the only thing that changed!

Looks like the men are going to Clemson for the 1/4 finals. At least it was a heck of a match at Casey today.

Clemson site says the game will be Sunday, Nov. 27 at 6:00 p.m.

Clemson tied BC, tied Syracuse and then tied Syracuse again in the ACC tourney before advancing on penalty kicks. So UA is definitely on the same planet as Clemson. Should be an interesting match.

I may be too busy to watch it live.

Winner played a winner 6 Denver vs 11 Washington the following week.

Too bad I can't make the 905 mile trip but I will be seeing 3 basketball games in Brooklyn on Saturday and settling for regular season basketball on sunday .
