If we can get by Stony, I like our chances avoiding a trip up to Vermont in the semis.

Not sold on either UMBC or Hartford

I agree...I can see both lose. Lowell just put up a 92 spot on UNH.

Didn't realize Lowell has the #1 offense in the conference statistically. I wouldn't want to be going against Thomas in what could be his last game.

Lowell is 1-9 vs the top 5 in conference this season with the 1 win in OT at home vs number 5 Stony Brook. Worst defense in the league, not sure anyone should be scared of them. New Hampshire avg'd the least ppg and has a bottom three offense in efficiency...game was just the perfect storm.

I am with you guys on this one too. I think 1 will lost, if not both. Big help to us if one of them chokes. Both and we get another home game!

I really love ur optimism. However I'm going to say neither loses. I do think it will be close, and God knows I'll be hoping, however in the end I think the better teams will prevail. Again I really hope I'm wrong !!!

Hartford and UMBC don't typically do well with attendance at home games correct? I would think their home court advantage isn't as strong as ours or Vermonts. If anyone pulls the upset I think its most likely UNH (outside of Stony Brook but is the 4/5 really that much of an upset).

When a reporter sees Nicholls and Charles having a discussion in the hall while the team is practicing questions are asked.

CB didn't make a big deal about it, he said Nicholls had been kicked out of practice and that he had done it to Jamar Wilson numerous times so it not a big deal.

We on the board started speculating and making non evidential judgements.

It shouldn't be a big deal unless Nichols got suspended from the team which I don't think happened.

Just an FYI, that article was from October with Nichols and Charles discussing outside, not this incident.

I know I'm late posting here but just catching up.

We are an 8.5 point favorite in Vegas. Hartford is a 5.5 point favorite and UMBC is a 10 point favorite.

If people believe there will be upsets take them on the Money Line. There is money to be made!!!!!!!!

I would money line the Hartford game and take the two dogs to cover. UMBC might come out nervous and UML can put points on the board. Probably hungry and excited to be in the Tourney for the first time too. Make up for lost time maybe?

If Travis Charles doesn't play much, or at all, not sure we are 8.5 points better than SB. I think Foster can do a great job and fill in adequately for Travis, but who ever is backing up Foster can't fill in for him as well unfortunately.

I thought Conway played pretty well even though he missed some gimmies around the basket.

If Foster, Conway and Anderson play like they did last game...we'll be alright (assuming Joe and Stire do their usual).
