I would suspect that most kids have their minds on the task at hand.  Their senior year of FB.  Likely will not be any more commitments until the end of the season.  My thought anyway.

Committed Players in next year's class so far

Elijah Ayers; Springfield, MA; CB,  6'3 180
Jackson Ambush; Frederick, MD; OLB, FB, 6' 1" 200 lbs
Garrett Bledsoe; Cincinnati, OH; MLB, FB  6' 0" 210 lbs
Christian Lewis, Farrell, PA  RB, CB, 6'0" 185 lbs: 4.6 40  -
Darren Fields, FS, CB 6'3" 187 lbs
Rickey Gamble, Rochester, NY, WR, DB, 5'9" 160 lbs  4.47 40,  WR

I am NOT sure why they still go after kids like Gamble.   Sure he is quick - NOT real FAST and very small.  Just do not understand it.    Lewis is kinda small for a RB in our league  and only runs a 4.6  Watching his videos does give encouragement though.  Seems to be able to find the hole quickly.  Bledsoe and Ambush are each more small LB's.  Pretty quick laterally though.

Thankful to receive my first D1 offer from University at Albany!! #B19DAWGS #Jeremiah29:11??

Yet another QB, Burns and Undercuffler can't be too happy that offers have been made to two more QB's  -  looks like he may have 2 years of eligibility left after this year.   He is a Fast one!!

Committed to U ALBANY

QB battles are good for the team.

I'd rather see them focus on the OLine, as a great line can turn an average QB into an MVP (See Rypien, Mark) but that's a pretty hard position to recruit for at this level. Only so much size is available.

Agree.   I think they have some kids who will be coming on board late during the early or late signing period.  They REALLY need a couple of good D-Lineman.  A couple of injuries have hurt a lot this year.  They seem outmanned by big O Lines.

Who's injured on the DL?  They've obviously struggled but didn't know that there were injuries

Could be mistaken but I thought D lineman Ibn Foster has been out for the last couple of weeks. Injuries to the secondary have hurt.  One of the DL is on crutches, can't remember which one, I think Foster.

Thanks - didn't know that.  Hopefully he can recover in the bye week.  I wonder what happened to Ibn Foster - 300 pounds DL, he had FCS offers, was an All State player at St. Joseph in NJ.

Just changed what I said.  Confused a little.

BTW

LB's against St. Francis - as it should be - But I think remarkable with how the D line is getting pushed around!

Damico      5 Solo Tackles
Sussman   4 Solo Tackles
Metheny    5 Assists
Watson      3 Solo Tackles
Mencer      3 Solo Tackles
Conover     1 Solo Tackle
LB's had a total of 16 Solo Tackles and 15 Assists

D Tackles had ONE SOLO TACKLE;
Dolce - D End had 2 Solos
D Line including ends had 3 Solo Tackles and 13 assists

Why in year 5 is the d line getting pushed around by an NEC team?

I'll hang up and listen...

I'm serious why are they getting pushed around, size, talent, skill? Where is the issue?

This is a legit question. What do you see? Scheme? Injuries? Technique? Talent? Size? Lack of effort? Coaching? You’d figure a guy good enough to start games at Penn St should dominate at this level, but I’ve not seen it.
