They won and looked damn good for the most part...with Fields playing like he did, I have much more confidence going into the Quarterfinals.

I disagree. They won but didn’t play with hunger, urgency, good slides or ball movement until the middle of the second half of the third period.  

We must play better against ND/Denver or we will get smoked

I'm just happy to see Connor out there playing well.  I really hope he can stay healthy because if he can play like that and run the offense like he did, we will once again be very hard to beat.

Sec 107 was noisy and I was under a #$&@ing persistent drip from the top deck. Richmond was good but did not have enough firepower. I think the slick field definitely gave the advantage to the offense on both sides. Some of Tehoka’s plays were like sending the FB up the gut. Those close quarters passes inside were a thing of beauty. One of TN’s was just shy of a Sports Center top ten. I was very satisfied with effort. Every time UR closed it to 3 the team responded. UMass gave Yale a tussle.

I agree that there was a short time against the zone when we did not move the ball well BUT you said the defense did not play well, I disagree with that.  The defense played well

TU says attendance was 4,800. I guess as an attraction SoCon champ Richmond is not defending national champ North Carolina.

Only closed to 3 once after the 1st Q.

We scored 5 - 4 - 4 - 5 - pretty even I'd say.

Richmond 2 -3 - 3 - 1

Not a bad effort.  I know, 18 goals and I am complaining.   Still could be more efficient, many shots in 1st half not strong and right into goalies stick.  Tehoka is wacky.  The toughest shots he scores and the easy wide open ones are easy saves.  He also is good for at least 2 shots a game where he has back to goal and fires at least 10 feet wide lol.  Great to see Connor play and play well and stay healthy.  That draining helped tremendously.   TD great.   JD a little off in 1st half, couple easy goals.  

Could that effort beat ND or Denver?  I guess question now is who would you rather play next.  Nemesis ND or Baptiste.  I go with Denver.  TD splits with Baptiste and  Denver can't score so we should score enough to win.
