Probably never find out WHY? Rumors joining his brother "sort-of understandable". Syracuse rumors made sense, in su would steal Scott Marr's pocket change. Yale losing six players to major league lacrosse, plus some other minor pieces?? Good young coach @ yale and excellent education--may be it is as simple as that?????????? Never truly believed it was about Scott being too  "easy." And as far as good young coaches Merrick Thomson is as good as they come; unless he is moving on up [inevitable sooner or later.}

I want to wish TD luck; but without understanding his true motivation and the WHY and the circumstances, I can only say at this time GOOD RIDDANCE!

Any good news out there anyone wants to report? Anything new on the rumored incoming "star" transfer?

I was sent a private message asking about anything I have heard regarding potential transfers and I haven't. There are still a few names swirling in the air, but I haven't heard any potential schools as to where those guys might wind up.

As far as our former FOGO concerns I am tired of hearing about it. It sounds as if the departure has in a weird way reinvigorated the guys who want to be part of the team to work even harder this summer and fall just to show that as someone else said there was a team before TD and there will be a team after his departure.

What I have hated most about this entire ordeal is that it has made UA the school and team look like second class citizens and that only our former fogo was the person willing to work hard. Now I don't know if those are his sentiments or just what the lacrosse media has put out there.

Agreed. These FOGO guys are getting better year after year. Not worried at all and wasn't when they said he was transferring.

Lacrosse isn't going to make you much money after college, so I can't fault him for looking to get a Yale degree.
