Hard to project having not seen them in a game yet, but I am optimistic guessing 15-20. Hard not to see 8-10 wins in conference.  Maine, NH, UML, and Bing are all bad.

Assume 6-2 or 7-1 against those 4.

Then go 3-5 against SBU, Hartford, UMBC, and UVM.

That's 9-10 wins.

Going 6-8 or 7-7 in the OOC should be doable,  even though there is no cupcake LCC on the schedule.

Add 1 playoff win.

I am hoping the above is being conservative.

This is where my head is yet, largely on the fact that bottom of the AE is brutal and Hartford looked horrible against CCSU. I think we'll have a shot for 8-10 in conference alone.

Will just seems to possess the uncanny ability to quickly develop players and instill a winning culture in them. Therefore, even though this year’s team is inexperienced, I still had to go with 16-20 victories. #GoDanes

Looking back at the stats from the Iona game, I think the big issue this season will come down to how Lulka, Hank, French, and Lauderdale develop. We have some of the most size we have had in a while, but they got outscored in the paint 32-6.

The guards will be fine and keep the team competitive. If the 4 bigs can develop by the end of the OOC, the team will be very good. If not, it's going to be a very rough year. They will be the difference between a 10-15 win team and potentially having another 20+ win season.

I voted less than 10. I think we will play smart and hard and will be in a lot of close, low-scoring games. I just don't see where the scoring will come from, especially when our 3s are not falling and when the pressure is on late in games. Beware the second-half scoring droughts. That said, Coach will work his magic, and no one will want to play us in March, regardless of our record. I always enjoy watching our basketball program compete, even when we lose. Football is another story.

Still think around 10 wins or just under is about where we end up. Realtime RPI has us at #347 and finishing at 11-19 (7-9). I'm going 9-21 or 10-18 and somewhere around 6 or 7 wins in league play.
