This team is starting to scare me. The defense is especially atrocious.  U can teach defense if the player is willing to learn.

Us watching DeSousa watching his guy just go by him to the hoop is painful.  Not sure why the hype on this guy coming out of prep as yet.

The Good: thought Campbell played good defense tonight. Lulka had a nice offensive game.

The bad: Healy and Clark shot the ball very poorly. Rizzuto took several off balance 3 pointers. They were much more athletic .

The ugly: No offensive rhythm.  Several tough shots early in the shot clock. Defensively pretty horrendous.  We not just not a very atheltic team. Was really hoping for more progression over the first 10 games.

Overall I'm a little nervous at the lack of athleticism on this team. Really need to gel the rest of the year and have a big sophomore year for several of these guys. Please redshirt Flory. No need to waste a year of eligibility for this team this year.

I honestly think this team is going to be fine.  Maybe not this year but definitely next year. 4-5 freshman getting significant time and Jucos who can take a year to get acclimated. I think there is talent there.  Bad shooting night for everyone hurt.

As do I... Im actually encouraged and I am seeing progress. They lost on the road to a top 100 kenpom team by 8...have another half dozen games in ooc but they will be decent in the ae. Outside of uvm... No one else is scary.

They absolutely need flory to push Campbell to 4 and cut his minutes... Clark's fouls really hurt today as they were clicking and then he went out with 2 quick ones.

Defense was bad in spots... Healey finally had an off shooting game. Rizzuto needs more work to get into game shape. Young guys show progress.

Future is bright...

I like a lot of our pieces, we're just not always playing together that well. That will come.

The last few games we've been shooting between 25-30 threes a game. That's usually not Will Brown basketball. It'll be interesting to see if that continues.

Pretty happy with the way Lulka has played except for a lot of moving screen fouls. I'd really like to see him get more touches instead of so much hoisting it up from outside.
