I have a feeling it will be the PE building renovation.  Makes sense to do that first then a SEFCU renovation because the teams will need a place to play.

Maybe it's a fundraising effort to pay for defending themselves in the Title IX lawsuit. Or something akin to "Build that Wall (to keep women out)"
