I am gonna go out on a limb here and say that this off season will be on the coaching staff to earn their money and figure out how to put a competitive team on the court next year with these players.  May mean new starting rotations,  could mean different style of offense to make players more productive ,  or something else cause I don't see a huge improvement happening by next Nov.   Fundamentally they're is glaring weaknesses and lack of athleticism  will cause similar results.

It's pretty clear that they missed on recruiting trail on about 70% of this team. 

 

I suspect they know it to and will be interesting who is left standing when next November comes around.

For lack of growth of the program.  For the past few years it’s trending downward.  We have the Andy Dalton problem.  Good enough to compete but not good enough to really win anything of note.  At least that’s the last four years
