This car is fallin apart. Got our door blown off in the 2nd half at UMass and overall I think we've lost a wheel or two thus far this season. At this rate going to come to a screeching halt when the engine vanishes.

I do not know if it is opinion poll time, but Brown keeps saying this team is "going to be good." Is he just saying the politically correct thing? Is he just trying to build some team confidence? Is he just trying to keep a few fans coming through the turnstiles? Is he just trying to keep some fight alive for the final playoff spot and then hope for upset or two? Or is just trying to convince himself? I don't know! ALL OPINIONS WELCOMED. Someone want to start a poll?

I think he genuinely believes it...Honestly there are flashes where I see it. But then it vanishes...Looking at KenPom stats where they break it up by quarter. It's interesting how there appears to be an inverted correlation to how well they are doing on offense having a direct impact on their defense.

Case in point Maine game...

Even last night...

If they are down on offense, their defense seems to suffer. In Vermont game, they couldn't hit a shot in the "1st quarter"

It all went to $iena on the defensive end...

That's why I think teams that are very good defensively will roll this team...because they they can't score they give up on the defensive end. A lot of that defensive fortitude will come with experience. That's where I see kids like Rizzuto key...kid has a bit of pit-bull in him if you watch him closely.

I like this group and I think they'll be good. If we lose to UMBC by 20 I'm still going to like this group and think they'll be good.

I don't think Lulka gets enough credit. For a freshman big guy, he's putting up good numbers and Healy is scoring like a guy who will be over a 1,000 point scorer. It's too early too tell for Rizzuto, De Sousa and Hank.

It's funny how before this season we all knew this was going to be a rebuilding year and everything was peace, love and understanding. Then we lose three in a row and it changes how we see the program's past and the future.

I will actually miss watching this game live as I have a tee time at 12:45. Only the 2nd game I have not seen.  Other was Vermont and I was about to watch the replay next day till I read the boards review and decided not to subject myself to that pain.  Hopefully this does not happen again.

lol. Tee time. Meanwhile in upstate NY...we're re-enacting "The Day after Tomorrow"...staring 1.5ft of snow and featuring -30 windchills on Monday.

So I have heard.  My wife still works as an IT consultant and her current 6 month job is in York PA so not sure her flight will make it tomorrow (she should say hi to the Iati's and Rizzuto's, lol).  Highly suggest you folks move south in retirement!

Tee time?!!?  Damn you! I've got two months, if I'm lucky, until I can tee it up again. Hit'em straight.

I'll be watching this one.  Hopefully it's better than the last one and the one before that and the one before that.
