I love the Twitter entries from the kids...blessed, very blessed, beyond blessed, excited, humbled......tough to come up with something new.  

It reminds me of busting on an avid (and good) bowling friend....regarding the weekly newspaper bowling round up. Tough to make bowling sound exciting....somebody fired, rifled, blasted, shot, rolled, pounded, etc such and such a three game score.  Glad for the kids....excited is probably the best.

Thanks for this one.  I do NOT read the Times Union so didn't see this. 

Brad Igweike, Guilderland HS, He is 5' 10" about 160 lbs.  23.82 in the 200M and 55.41 in the 400 are decent but not great times.  No 40 time.
