Team didn't play down to their competition and smacked Lafayette around. But now, we get to the real tests...fellow CAA teams. Lets see what happens but most folks do not believe it will be pretty.

Mary & Bill only beat Lafayette 30-17 and Colgate 38-10 both at home. Got smacked by UVA and lost to a bad FCS East Carolina.

BTW Central Michigan after their rout by Wisconsin, beat Akron 45-23 and only lost to U of Miami 17-12.

I think the schedule breaks nicely for UA. The next two weeks are two lower tier teams picked to finish just ahead of us.  Then Towson, a top level team.  So maybe they can get a little momentum before Towson.  We’ll see.

A win over William & Mary would be a great way to start conference play.  A reversal of last year's game.

Various projections have this essentially a toss up... Should be interesting.

ESPN line has moved to UA -2.5 at home. Can't just keep beating up on Bryant and Lafayettes of the world. This is a perfect opportunity at home to douse some of the flames with water. Gotta get this.

- Kicking game has to improve, can't keep missing xp and fg in what will probably be a close game.

- Offensive line will have their work cut out with Watkins and Jones lining up as LB, both are very good.

Does anyone know what their QB situation is? It appears they have two kids who have attempted almost an identical number of passes in Mathis and Anderson. Do they run a 2 QB system? Seems odd...

With one of the weakest CAA schedules possible we would have to say this is a must win game if the season is to be salvaged.

The W&M board was referencing an injury situation with respect to Mathis, so maybe that figured into the equation.

One has played in 3 games and the other in 4 games...almost identical number of attempts, I believe the difference was like 4 attempts.

Although we did have that 4th down hail mary at the end of the 4th, if we had better play calling in OT, we might have been 3-1 at this point.

Monmouth happened, it is what it is...let's get these next two games. Bottom of the CAA, really need these. Every team is gonna slip up once in a while, hopefully not to many more this season.

If Holmes didn’t have a bonehead unsportsmanlike call on the Hail Mary, we might have gone for 2 to win....but not from the 18.  I can’t imagine GG not taking that into account if Dev was looking for anything special.  Could be all wet, but I sure would have.
