I generally don't like this game but it comes at a pretty good time.

If Lulka is going to miss a game or two, this is a good one to miss.

Also, if we're going to experiment with Rian Carter getting time at the point, this would seem like a good time to try it.

Potsdam is 3-0 right now. While they are D3 and this game "should" be an easy win and a good chance to work on stuff, they are supposed to be very good this season and could give us more trouble than anyone expects.

I did look at the roster and I saw their senior center is 6'7" and 290 lbs.  Big boy to move out of the lane.

Won't be at this one...traveling for work but hopefully we work out some things. Sorry to hear about Adam, seems like a bad high ankle sprain and he'll be out a while.

Good to have this game with Lulka out - we have to find out who can defend and play on the block. Right now it seems Romani is in love with the perimeter, Lauderdale is a walking foul machine. Maybe an opportunity for French & Hanks.

ffCoach on the radio today. Lulka's nurse practitioner didn't see a fracture on the x-ray, he's at the bone and Joint doctor today. Shafer getting an MRI on his shoulder. With all the injuries, expect to play a lot of zone thru the 4 games this week.

Didn't make enough "toughness" plays Saturday, gave up 10 offensive rebounds in the second half. Also a couple of dumb fouls late 90 feet from the basket or at half-court

I know coach want's the team to attack the zone and I know he was not happy with 30 3 attempts game one. But shooters need to shoot; and sometimes the best way to defeat a zone is set screens and shoot over it. If your team's strength is the 3 and your inside games is not great, sometimes just got to live or die with the 3 ball.

Somehow this team has to make shots and get its offensive swagger back. They seem to be very tentative.

What changed between the Canisius game and this game? Seems like it's mental with this team. Granted, Canisius is far worse defensively then Manhattan.

Canisius did defeat Bucknell a solid MM.

After sitting in the stands at Manhattan, if I were an opposing coach I would play zone the entire game against UA.  Offense was so stagnant. No one was moving.
