Rough loss on the road to Stony Brook. Not enough firepower and only one or two players doing 90% of the work.

Pomeroy has us as a 6pt favorite.

Gonna need to play some defense in this one. Uml is an explosive offensive team. They are equally as brutal on defense.

Defense was excellent against Stony Brook (very few defensive lapses). If we can play defense like that , and score the ball, we will lose very few games going forward.

Need to get a couple of players going early, De Sousa and others. Brown needs to draw up a couple of plays to get them in rhythm.  Lukla played much better and I'm hoping he will continue to get better throughout the rest of the year.

A healthy Lulka makes this team much better.

JoJo shut down for the year. Tough one

Was afraid of that when he didn't get many minutes the last two games. Credit to him for trying to tough it out this year.

Sorry to hear for the kid.  Hopefully the earlier start date for the surgery will have him ready by November.  Would like to see him able to start and bring Will Amica along more slowly instead of throwing him to the wolves on day one.

Whoops sorry I didn't know where it post in this game thread that JoJo was out. Thought a whole player out deserved its own thread vs. a game thread. But DP can delete my thread if you want :)

Do they still have medical redshirts?

I believe they looked into it and he was not eligible.

Sorry to hear jojo was not able to go, but I think it's a good thing to get 100 percent healthy . ON PAPER, lol, we will have a good team next year and I would like to see him 100 percent.

At the bottom of that story, “Trey Hutcheson, a freshman starter at forward, took a spill Monday at practice and injured his back, making him questionable for UMass-Lowell.”

That was a pretty good half. I’m hoping things start cooking for Rizzuto. He seems like a great kid and plays with energy. UML is very athletic. At the rate th3 players are getting hurt, we could see the Karate Kid soon....
