  1. I believe they may have stuff on the jumbo tron tonight.. with old footage and pictures. The UA archives YouTube account has a bunch of videos here is one..
  2. Hank needs some hand strength exercise. Can never handle the ball under the hoop.
  3. I've always hated them. So obnoxiously loud and bad. To each their own. 🤐
  4. Clark out? Injured? Edit: Rodger just stated info on him
  5. For one of the games they got stuck so they put the gdac area over there for that one game. Then they kept the gdac area over there during winter break since there weren't any students. And now it seems like they're going to keep it that way since people who donate like that area better. It has its pluses and minuses for example it's good to have students next to the visitors bench as well as the band. And look at the big purple growl you had a ton of students having no place to sit because their seats were gone and they were sitting in season-ticket chair backs and then had to get kicked out every other second. But you know it's all about the money 😉
  6. Correct since Sen. LaValle was the Higher Ed Chair..you know the one the SB Football stadium is named after..... (no longer chair since the Senate flipped)
  7. UMBC beats UVM at Vermont 70-61. Lamb looks to be out with a concussion announced just before the start of the game.
  8. They wouldn't open, they were stuck. So rather than a big empty spot they put GDAC there for the game.
  9. Colonie Booster‏ @ColonieBooster 2h2 hours ago Tickets are available at the door at SUNY SEFCU arena tonight Albany vs Vermont at 7pm. Ask for tickets in the Vermont section 500 to join Colonie fans! Let's go Isaiah - Vermont
  10. We are at 66% of the fundraising be goal. thank you so much for everyone who has supported! Feel free to pass along the link in the first post of this thread to anyone who you think might be interested. It's great that we raised so much over just six years from a small fundraiser. Every little bit helps!
  11. Providence game was a bit of a mess, but a great shout out to Coaches Cure CF!
  12. We're 21% of the way there! We've raised $1,045 I know there were some donations made by BPF posters so thank you very much!! Figured I'd give the thread a bump if anyone was in the donation spirit of the season today
  13. Last Up: Kent State Next Up: vs Vermont TV/Streaming: ESPN3 Local Radio: 104.5 FM The Coaches Cure CF game is January 5th this year. Albany is 5-0 in Coaches Cure CF games.. let's see if that magic can continue against a good UVM team. The GOAL this year is to raise $5,000! The fundraising has just begun and we're at $600 or about 12% of the goal. Support Coach Brown, those with Cystic Fibrosis and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation by donating to help us get to the 100% mark. If you would like to donate please follow this link and click the yellow box on the left hand side that says "Donate to a Team Member" . The first 30 gifts of $25 or more in support of the event can earn you a ticket to the game. Information: On Saturday, January 5, 2019, the University at Albany Men's Basketball team will be hosting its 6th Annual Coaches Cure CF basketball game. I am raising awareness and funds through this event to help support the mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - to find a cure for all people with cystic fibrosis. The annual UAlbany Coaches Cure CF game began at UAlbany with a 74-63 win over Maine during the 2013-14 season. Since then, the effort has raised more than $18,000 in the fight against cystic fibrosis. The first 30 gifts of $25 or more in support of the event can earn you a ticket to the Coaches Cure CF game against Vermont on January 5th. All contributions, small and large, are appreciated! The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives. The outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year. Thank you in advance for your support and participation with this event, you are helping to make a difference for people living with CF. 2019 UAlbany Coaches Cure CF Website and Information: http://fightcf.cff.org/site/TR?team_id=80411&fr_id=7423&pg=team
  14. At one point David was guarded Joe and David sagged off and let Joe take a three. Joe missed.. Not a ton of times that they are guarding each other, but they have been on the court together more than I thought.
  15. Does Coach Brown not do the end of game radio interviews anymore?
  16. Watts, Metcalf and Jacob I. (& maybe Chris Wyatt) were at the game. Always nice to see past players supporting the team.
  17. Can't seem to penetrate their zone. Reece is making some tight passes, but no one has been able to handle them, leading to turnovers.
  18. Cant believe how little people are here. And we complain about our attendance.
  19. Hank and Lulka both have 2 fouls, Clark and Campbell both have 1
  20. I think so too. Different font..shorts may be diff too.
  21. Place is so TINY! Traveled with our 2 month old... making it work!
  22. While Brown previously named senior Devonte Campbell, junior Ahmad Clark, and redshirt freshmen Brent Hank and Adam Lulka as likely starters for Nov. 9 at Iona, the availability of both Hank and Lulka is now uncertain for the Great Danes. Hank crashed to the floor — hard — during Friday’s practice, and left the workout midway through to get an X-ray on his hip. Meanwhile, Lulka has been sick for the past week, and missed several practices. Making things worse, though, for the Great Danes is that the latest injury to freshman Antonio Rizzuto — who returned from a knee surgery earlier this year — was worse than expected. Rizzuto was originally supposed to miss a week with a bruised collarbone, but further tests in the past week showed Rizzuto actually cracked his sternum. He is likely out until late November. https://dailygazette.com/article/2018/11/02/health-woes-continue-to-mount-for-ualbany-men-s-basketball
