Really? A Sunday? At 10:30am? When many are in church? Doesn't impact me but how many ways is the Athletic Department going to find to LIMIT fans abilities to see events for our sports programs? Whether it is high pricing for parking which when added together with the concessions and ticket costs for a family of 4-5 no longer makes attending worth it, scheduling events on weird days/at weird times...you can ALWAYS count on the AD to find a way to screw it up. We've had numerous 'butts in seats' threads on here and seems like the AD is dead set on doing the exact opposite. Hilarious. This should be on a Saturday afternoon. ALWAYS. Last Up: L (20-15) at Delaware Next Up: at William & Mary (3-1, 1-0 CAA) Time/Date: 10/9/21 @ 3:30PM TV/Streaming: FloFootball Local Radio: 104.5 Fire "I Wouldn't Know Football If It Hit Me In The Face" Gattuso. Clown show goes on the road to William & Mary. Things that pop out: Out of 31 stats tracked, we are last in 9 of them. We are 2nd to last in 2 of them. Together, we are bottom two in 11 out of 31 stats (or 35% of them). Our offense has never been worse in the CAA. Ever. Not even when we were first year members. EVER. Our running game is non-existent. Not even close to average a measly 50 yards. Contrary to posts the last few games, our special teams is actually the best part of our team as an overall unit lol. Our opponents have nearly double us up on 1st downs. We allow opponents to convert 4th downs at an impressive rate. We have the ball for less than half the game.

"The University at Albany football 🏈 program was ranked 24th in the HERO Sports 2020 Pre-season FCS Top 25 poll announced Wednesday." Other CAA schools were ranked higher Nova, Delaware and New Hamphsire. James Madison was ranked 5th in the poll. Thoughts and concerns.

Team stayed together, made enough plays and the coaches called enough good plays to keep it going. Kudos to all involved! Up next is a not-so-good Stony Brook team who will try to prevent UAlbany from it's first playoff birth after moving to the CAA (assuming committee doesn't screw us). HUGE GAME!

As a result, Albany finally got into the playoffs as a CAA team and faces a familiar NEC foe in Central Connecticut.
