Here's some more info from Missouri........

Central Missouri 2005 Pre Season Class 4 and 5 Rankings

1. Jeff City: Until somebody beats them, they take the top spot. Ryan Nilges is a great shooter and is in his 3rd year of varsity experience, 6'5 Justin Gilmore is a tough inside player and look out for 6'5 Joseph Prophet who did not play last season, but will be a major contributor. Dave Fox is an excellent coach who gets the most out of his roster every season.

2. Columbia Rockbridge: 6'11 senior and Division I signee Brett Gifford is probably the most improved post player in the state. 6'0 Alex Austin and 6'5 Eric Darkow can shoot and have another year of experience. 6'7 Chad Jones Hicks is an athletic inside player..6'1 Logan Gray has a 36 inch vertical. 6'5 240 pound Missouri football bound John Stull is an inside force. 6'5 junior Aaron White is an athletic wing/inside player. 6'2 sophomore point guard prospect Mike Petrick could be a vital contributor.

3. Eldon: The Mustangs could make a Class 4 State Tournament run this season. 6'8 senior Cody Kliethermes is an inside/outside threat and college basketball prospect. 6'0 junior point guard Tyler Schmidt has run this team since his freshman year. 6'5 Justin Kliethermes is a rapidly improving junior. 6'3 senior Curtis King is a solid contributor.

4. Hickman: Don't count the Kewpies out. This is by far the quickest team in Central Missouri. 5'9 Taylor Florence is the best point guard in the area and can explode down the court, and shoot the 3. 6'6 Logan Harris has national AAU experience and is really athletic. 6'4 Byron Bundy and a 6'5 North Carolina transfer also figure as part of the mix. Expect an in your face pressing defense from coach Jim Sutherland.

5. Helias: Many observers feel that even with the Knollmeyer brothers transferring to Linn, there is a very strong roster of players for veteran coach Jerry Buescher. 6'3 junior Scott Miller is one of the strongest guards in the area, 6'2 senior Eric Rackers is an athletic guard/small forward. The development of 6'5 sophomore Ben Crider could be a key by the end of the season to give the Crusaders some inside punch.

Pre Season Senior All Area: 5'9 Taylor Florence/Columbia Hickman, 6'1 Ryan Nilges/Jefferson City, 6'8 Cody Kliethermes/Eldon, 6'11 Brett Gifford/Columbia Rockbridge, 6'0 Alex Austin Columbia Rockbridge.
