I know I'm pretty stoked about this guy, he shows no signs of slowing down. I'm a little dismayed with the early play of Billy, hopefully he will get it together, by all accounts he can't find his shot but hopefully he will soon start to show why scouts.com gave him a rating of 81 before finding out he signed with UA.

I think Allen will be fine clearly Brown and other strong mid majors saw a lot of potential in him if not he wouldn't have been signed. I remember reading one of the articles posted here and they said teams were double and triple teaming him that might be contributing to his struggles early on also another article mentioned somthing about a foot injury, anyways I'm sure he will get it together or when he gets here Brown and the staff will get to work with him.

I'm excited about all three recruits I think a lot of us forget about Ambrose who was a stud in Prep, and clearly Raffa has been lighting it up. Hopefully all three players games transfer over to the next level, were going to need people to step up after Jamar and Jason graduate.

Raffa's Wildwood Catholic team won again yesterday beating Wildwood 57-44. Raffa had 23 points on 9 of 19 from the field and 4 of 5 from the line with 7 rebounds, 5 steals, three assists and (ugh) 10 turnovers. It's surprising how often he leads his team in rebounds for a guard.

Okay, my last post in here for a while....

I was searching through the tournaments, and came across the site for the Boardwalk Basketball Classic where Raffa just set the record:

The interesting part here is there is another known player on the list: Mr. Connelly of UAlbany. It's nice to see UAlbany recruits perform so gallantly in this tournament...

12 turnovers in the most recent game, a loss to Middle Township.

Hopefully the turnovers will be minimized by being on the floor with better players, but it is still something to watch.
