Well, not to beat a dead horse, but on todays realtime RPI UCONN 74, Siena 72. I was at both games as were at lot of you. There is NO WAY Siena is better than UCONN. But the RPI has many of these. Appalachian St. is 11 today.

I LOVE the RPI for Appalachian State.

In a couple of weks hopefully the RPI system will undergo its needed market readjustment.

Thanks for the info. It is always nice the see "proof" of just how bad the maac is Even though the RPI is not the best mathematical formula, after 20 games or so, the flaws are a lot less than after 10 games.

I read on a forum for another school that bracketbuster matchups are announced on January 29 (next Monday). Has anyone else heard this as well?

TV match-ups are announced on 1/29..all the rest are announced on 2/5..to my understanding.
