I really think that Ross in the minutes he had on Trimboli was able to derail his game. Trimbo just looked uncomfortable the entire game, I think it was key to the outcome of this game. So often Ross hasn't had the opportunity to shine or time to play but I think he is one of the unsung heroes of this game.

Watched the game in Boston on TV - nice crowd support from UA!

I heard the U-A chant many, many times and felt like we were def louder than the cats fans in their own home.

what a great team effort and what a great day to be a dane!

Congratulations. I was playing in a golf tournament (a living in FL perk) and came home to see the entire game on tape. A great win. Thought everyone played well and saw a glimpse of how good Gifford will become.

UVM's decision to play for one shot - one of the most ridiculous pieces of coaching I've ever seen. I was sure they'd put them on the foul line when all the scrambling started.

[On TV Jamar's goal tend was not a goal tend. ]

I just watched the game again and now transferring it off of my TiVo.

I think I saw a nice shot of A-92 storming the court and hugging (whom IMHO should be the next President of the United States) Will Brown and his Secretary of Defense and Offence Jamar Wilson (aka Lucious Jordan, Colonie, NY).

I'm still shaking a bit but all of my flights are booked and I hope that we will find out in the early part of the Selection Sunday show where we are going because I have a ton of flights and hotels to cancel.

GOING DANCING!

Did anybody else notice Gifford today? he played great. got to a bunch of loose balls and played tight D. In the right place at the right time, played great. Also mixing Ross and Siggers against Trimboli was a great move by Coach. totally messed the youngster up. think he shot 2-12 or something. What a win. Now lets go get another!

What a game What electricity. What a team!

But I was shocked & dismayed at the horrible hospitality shown by the Vermont staff.

They prevented our Pep Band from setting up the drum set & made the drummers play with the drums essentially in their laps. We were told that we would be blocking a fire lane. Fair comment - but their Pep Band was allowed a full drum set & they were located in front of an active exit, blocking it off from use by the fans. The explanation was that they had people there to insure that in case of emergency the band would be moved. But the man - to - man defense shown by their event staff & 2 policement on our Pep Band was apparently insufficient to allow us to share in the privilege of using our instruments.

Maybe someone else can give the detials of how our mascot Damian got pummeled after the game by a few Gold & Green wearing individuals.
