Anybody interested in why we haven't released the list of recruits yet should email the SID:

Brian DePasquale - Assistant Athletic Director for Media Relations

bdepasquale@uamail.albany.edu

I just emailed him.

There's no reason not to follow every D1 program in the country and release the info. It also doesn't hurt to give it a bit of publicity. I understand the stadium is beyond our control but small stuff like this we need to get down.

I hate to throw out a tangent on this thread but I'll do it anyway. If we don't get funding for the stadium, is there any chance we can borrow the money? Creative financing or something? Maybe a subprime loan! <_<

To piggy back on what ATL_Dane said....any possibility of getting some funding through the Dormitory Authority. If push comes to shove will we raise our own funds or just say....FORGET IT, this probably is a question no-one here can answer, but I'm just throwing it out there. I hope not.

NLI list release

well, less than a week late. Not a big class, though.

Wow. Finally.

I expected a small list. This is only those signing national letters of intent - meaning scholarship players. I imagine it will be supplmented by plenty of "preferred walk-ons".

Looks like a pretty good list though.

ATL_DANE - We're awaiting your analysis on the Georgia recruits.

I have to run. But there is A LOT on Rashad Head. Do a quick google search and you'll see what I mean.

What I could find about football though includes the this scout page:

http://tennessee.scout.com/a.z?s=7&p=8...amp;nid=3153452

Which shows an offer from Marshall and interest from Central Florida, Georgia, Marshall, South Carolina, & Tenessee.

Highlight Video:

Would have like to see more tape of him shedding blockers, however WOW...this kid can lay the wood and he has great vision. He looks extremely fast for an ILB. Looks like he will get significant time straight away.

Nick Crocket - (of note is his location on both Vigrinia Tech and Georgia Tech's rivals page).

Also includes highlight video and information.

Jesus-- You see the 40 speed and the bench/squat? Not bad for a 160lber. 40 speed is Barksdale land.
