Purple & Gold Scrimmage

Any update on who the Danes took on for their scrimmage and how they did? I think there are some NCAA rules about disclosing this information but I'm not positive so I thought I'd ask.

Teams typically will not release who they are scrimmaging so that way opponents can't get the tape and scout them...

It looks like I guessed right on that 50-50 proposition.

Only a couple of more weeks now until the early period, right?

1200 people at the P/G game....do you guys think it's indicative of something significant or is it just an anomaly?

 

I've been to the last 3 of these types of events, granted this one was a bit more planed and better run but still...the turnout this year was significantly higher then any such even I've seen in the past.

If they put the effort into it like they did for the "Purple and Gold", they will get very good turn outs this season.

 

 

In the past many of the efforts seemed to be half hearted

I couldn't tell you what's changed but last year's end of season banquet and this year's P+G were two of the best UA basketball events I've been to.
