Xavier's site has an All Access Live Events thing on their site, but there isn't anything listed at this moment "No Live Events Playing".

I found this: http://reg.cstv.com/register/ which says you can do"Pay-Per-View: One (1) time/single event non-recurring purchase." but when you create an account they only have one option which is a yearly subscription.

I am not sure what they have, but they usually have all Albany games. If they have the UA game, NFL would NOT be on all the screens.
