I'm hoping the Rhode Island game is picked up on SNY and not some other Comcast channel.

 

SNY is available in Time Warner and Cablevision, alumni heavy NYC areas.

The announcement says that SNY is one of the NBC Regional Networks

Hopefully we'll be on the right side of SNY's bias this time. In the broadcast of Albany's lacrosse win over Syracuse, the announcers were completely slanted, acting like it was all Syracuse's mistakes and nothing positive Albany was doing in the second OT to shut their offense down. Total lack of objectivity.

Don't forget SNY has their own deals with Rutgers and UConn. That same evening UConn hosts Maryland at 7:30. For now that game is only listed as being on ESPN3 which means it will be televised by someone eventually. Best to keep an eye on http://mattsarzsports.com/ and see how it progresses. For now he doesn't list SNY for the game. From my memory, I don't recall ever seeing an FCS-FCS game on SNY.... though that might change with the collapse of the BE Network games they used to show.
