I'm sure most of you have seen this already, but Miles Thompson made #9 on SportCenter's Top 10 plays

To me it was less surprising that their highlights made sportscenter (and the danes get pub in national media) than the Danes got a mention in the misnamed TU College sports blog. Don't know if the Danes need to make the Quarterfinals or semis to get top billing at the TU but with all the real media coverage of the NCAA tournament the TU lacks of proper coverage will be overshadowed

Just got an email from the university (not fundraising) singing the praises of the lacrosse team with stats, etc. Looks like the new media team is finally getting things together. Now if only they would update the website and get rid of those awful banners.

The Lacrosse teams success really is getting UA national exposure. Friends of mine from different parts of the country have been emailing me articles on the Thompson's and UA is always mentioned.
