Coach Trevor Gorman was on Wyland's radio show today. After a disappointing scoreless 2OT tie with Appalachian St. and a 3-1 win over JMU last week, there's apparently some kind of push on to set a soccer attendance record for Friday's doubleheader. Hoping for 2,000 as women play Iona at 5:00, Colgate vs. men at 7:30.

Men's soccer vs. #9 Syracuse tonight at 7:00, game is on Time-Warner cable (probably the Syracuse feed).

Danes were outshot 17-4, but Alfonso Pinheiro scored only the second goal against #4 Syracuse this season to tie the game in the 55th minute. Onondaga County's College Team scored in the 81st minute to win 2-1.

Danes had a really nice beginning half of the 2nd half... very aggressive.
