This probably belong in its own thread, but from Zach Bye:

UAlbany is now 1 of only 9 teams in D1 basketball to send both mens & womens basketball teams to the NCAA tourney in 3 consecutive seasons.

 

That's incredible.

 

Kudos to both teams. Truly great things are happening here. Just saw Men's Lax beat down Canisius pretty badly too.

I wasn't implying on "moving on up" in terms of going to another conference. I was saying that we are "moving on up" as a program. We're growing exponentially in terms of the quality of teams we have across the spectrum - not even just basketball.

 

And we can't "make the AE" better. The only thing we can do is focus on our product, and try to bring in the fans. Outside of that, what Maine does, for example, is out of our control.
