Pretty accurate preview of the danes except for the 'zone heavy philosophy'.

and they also wrote this... As the husband of someone fighting breast cancer (and after 1 year - a survivor) I could see someone getting upset at this error. (although I am not one of them - obviously not a PC guy)

"Junior guard Peter Hooley hit the game-winning three-pointer with 1.6 second remaining in the America East tournament final last Saturday just weeks after losing his mother to breast cancer. "

I contacted the author on twitter and he responded that they will fix the mistake. :)

Update on St. Maarten Women's viewing is at Royal Palm pool bar. Royal Palm, unfortunately, doesn't have TRU TV on their lineup, so I believe we'll be at the SPN sports bar adjacent to Pineapple Pete restaurant. Sorry for all of these updates, but it's tough on the islands. Missed the 1st NYG superbowl in Guadaloupe (French), they'd never heard of the superbowl. Sacre Bleu!!

From yahoo... I sure like that best case scenario!

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/ncaa-tournament-east-region--dream-and-nightmare-scenarios-011729388.html?soc_src=mail&soc_trk=ma

Albany

Record: 24-8 (15-1 AEC)

Last 10 games: 9-1

Best wins: Stony Brook x2

Key losses: Providence, Bucknell, Stony Brook

Leading scorer: Sam Rowley (14.3)

No. 14 ALBANY

Best Case: With America rooting for Peter Hooley, the heavy-hearted Aussie continues his inspired play. He scores 20 against Oklahoma and hits the winning jumper again, as the Great Danes earn their first NCAA tourney victory in school history. Matched up against No. 11 seed Boise State in the round of 32, Albany does it again slowing the pace, handling the ball, making free throws and winning another nail-biter. Suddenly the Danes are in the Sweet 16 and the darlings of the Dance, a national sensation. Hooley is on every network morning show. Coach Will Brown is dispensing wit and wisdom. Freshman Greig Stire is giving haircuts to media members. It's madness. March Madness. Feel-good madness. It ends against Michigan State, but the Danes have done plenty.

Worst Case: Emotionally spent from the America East tournament, Great Danes bring little more than a great storyline to Columbus. They're tired, they don't match up with Oklahoma's perimeter athletes, and they give up too many open threes. Albany is routed and returns home to a fresh layer of spring snow, still all-time winless in the tournament.

Let this be a game where Lon Kruger has to think. Don't get blown out in the first few minutes as we did when last in Columbus (quickly down to Virginia 20-2). Duke was a game, but never really a game - if necessary Plumlee could score as he pleased.

Connecticut, Florida - those had fans involved (vs. Connecticut, the entire arena was yelling 'why not us'. Seeing Coaches Calhoun and Donovan on their knee drawing up plays - in the second half - to figure the Danes out: that's what we want to see this year.
