  • 3 weeks later...

Board has been quiet lately, so I figured I would comment in this thread. Anyone have any info on this game? Is it streaming anywhere?

SF(NYBKN) is 4-8 so far on the season and plays in the NEC. They lost their last game to St. Peters. For similar opponents they lost to NJIT 92-86, and beat Hartford 74-67. I guess it should be a decent test since it is on the road?

It's on the road...just win. KenPom predicts a 6pt win for us. According to KenPom they are one of the worst offensive teams in terms of efficiency at rank #321. On defense, they are pretty decent ranked 215. Compared to our rank of 106 nationally on offense and 124 on defense.

It's a road game so these are always tough...

They crash the offensive glass hard but are just average overall rebounding team. They stink at the line shooting 58% as a team and aren't much better from 2 or 3 point range at 42% and 30% respectively. For comparison purposes Albany is 31% from 3, 49.9% from 2pt range 69.9% from the stripe. *all numbers courtesy of KenPom*

Random question, but does anyone know if Peter Hooley was in the Atlanta area this past weekend? I swear I saw him, or his doppelganger, in a restaurant here yesterday. He was with a large party, and I didn't get a chance to see if it was really him (or check to see if that person an aussie accent...lol).

And yet from the same article

"There is a chance that Cremo could be in the starting lineup Tuesday night"

I'm guessing that's "injury start" vs. "taking over someone's starting position." To me it doesn't make that much difference. He's going to get nearly a starters minutes coming off the bench.
