not just the AE prediction; also got a laugh out of #39 - Coach who should take the bus to work, Fran McCaffrey

(after #38i, coach who earned his comp car)

Can we correct the title of this thread? This is not a tournament, it's a playoff. Tournaments don't reseed!

Neither do playoffs (NBA, etc.). The AE is just dumb.

This conference is trying soooooo hard to get the #1 seed to the tourney in the hopes that one day they win a game or two. I guess they think it would be great for the conference or put the conference "on the map". How did it work out after Vermont did it a while back? I don't think winning a game or two will do much for the conference. I think someone brought it up on the America East board about Florida Gulf Coast and their run and how much it didn't really help their conference. I think the focus should be on recruiting solid student athletes and building bigger and bigger fan bases by being one of the most fan friendly conferences in the country. Unfortunately, they have gone the opposite direction.

I don't see it... Sorry... In the past yes...

Are you saying that you don't see how reseeding helps the #1 seed? Or that making a one to two game run in the tourney doesn't really help the conference?

We took full advantage of it last year... I don't see the outrage.

I'm not outraged but I do think it is the wrong route to take.
