The fact this team is down 13-8 at halftime and playing pretty bad says something I guess.

Yes; Maine hasn't been able to throw the knockout punch...much to their own fault rather than our effort.

Our D is being overworked game in and game out...and it wears on players (particularly past the midpoint of the season).

I like Gattuso and his vision. However, he needs to bite the bullet and find a transfer QB or take some chances with Will Brunson (who is more than likely not ready at this level...but my understanding is that he can throw the ball). I think Brunson falls a little bit outside of Gattuso's comfort zone of not taking offensive shots / chances with some risk. At this point...you are NOT GOING TO WIN with what we have at the QB position. Maybe, if we are lucky, we make the playoffs...but not if we play like we are today.

Third Qtr. But all of your points are accurate.

We've been exposed...something many were afraid would happen. I got sucked in a little by this team...but frankly, until we get an imaginative offense with a solid QB...we will be an old school football team that plays hard defense.

Is anyone else watching our players putting so much emphasis on stripping the ball that they are not wrapping guys up. It's almost comical at this point. Maine probably is closing in on 75 - 100 yards after the initial hit. In most cases, we are too busy trying to force a turnover.
