Nice win...bout time. Defense was markedly more improved but UMBC did miss some shots that were almost halfway down and came out. Still wouldn't have helped them but would have the score 10-12pts closer. Nichols and Cremo did good.

We did great protecting the 3...30%...that's more like it!

Score one for this blog! Most have been calling for the ZONE and Campbell to start. Staff finally paying attention to us. KIDDING OF COURSE.

Best 40 minutes we played in a long time. We play like this for 40 minutes every game and look out. Of course there is the big IF.

I had a lot of buffering issues, especially on audio today. Did anyone else experience this on espn3? This was the first time all year for me.

Same ESPN3 issues here.

So I was out with the family and missed it. Quite a surprise!

Missed it too.... but I had been assuming that it was a 7pm game.

Anyone know if espn3 has it archived or not?

Yeah, I watched the whole thing last night on ESPN3. Great quality, excellent game. I had to work yesterday so couldn't catch it live. Huge fan of ESPN3...HUUUGGGAAHHH!

Anderson looked good handling the ball and spelling Nichols. Brown also commented on this in his post game. If Anderson can spell Nichols and/or Cremo 8 to 10 minutes or so per game with minimum turn overs; even if he does not score much--this wll be a BIG positive for the team.

Watched the game on replay as well as I was out all day with the family. Nice win and much better defense. UMBC missed a lot of threes but most were contested, which is a change for the good.

Sorry to say I was never impressed with Grayson outside of one or two games where he made an impact. I too thought Anderson played very well bringing the ball up the court under pressure. He made a three as well.

Grayson seems to be a gunner. Athletic wing who has no problems firing up shots. Not so much a great floor general, etc. He should be playing 100% off the ball IMO and should spell Cremo while Anderson spells Nichols. So I have depth as follows:

PG: Nichols, Anderson

SG: Cremo, Grayson

SF: Dallas/Campbell, Campbell/Dallas

PF/C: Stire + Rowley, Charles, Lands
