Yes. And yes.  Doesn’t explain the move.  RMU was awful in his first year coaching, not his fault however.  To move up I get.  To move to a contender, I get.

To move to a bottom dweller with not great academics for grad school?   That’s either him being very injured or not happy at Albany

We will never understand what goes through the mind of a kid.  Clark probably did recruit him.  Makes no sense to try and makes no difference at this point.  Opens one more scholarship up.  They have offered a couple of more and a couple of more PWO's.  Waiting to see who signs in February on the official NLI day.  I would say it looks like a decent class so far.

Danny D'amico was named to the freshman all-america list; 3rd team LB.  Dev Holmes for offense.  That, I like.

Of course we would not have a bunch on the All-League teams.  we won 1 league game!!!!!!!!

However looking at the Freshman All-American teams.  How many other CAA school had ANY let alone 2?? Just asking.

Looks like he committed.  All Colorado player when in HS at Columbine.  He attended East Coast Prep;  He was offered out of HS at Indiana State and a few other FCS schools and I believe a PWO to Colorado State. ECP is about 45 min from my house, and they are a one year prep school that sends a bunch of kids to FCS and FBS schools.

I am no OLINE expert...but the kid has a HUGE frame and could easily get up to 300.  He looks to be a better run blocker than pass blocker right now, getting a bit high and off-balanced from what I can see...but that can be easily be fixed.  It also could be a product of going up against much shorter guys.  Looks like has some great potential.

Here is his bio from ECP:

KEVIN SINGER - Position: OL Jersey Number: 75

High School: COLUMBINE - State: CO

Height: 6'5.5 - Weight: 270

40 Yards: 5.25 - Vertical Jump: 26

GPA: 2.92 - Core GPA: 2.72 - SAT: 1040 - ACT:

NCAA ID: 1511357008

NCAA Status: D1 AND D2 QUALIFIED - Projected As: FBS/FCS

He is VERY quick off the ball on run blocks, and at least he has quick feet on pass blocks - high and off balanced sometimes in big HS or prep kids is because they are bigger than everyone and they need to learn better how to stay down on smaller guys!  He seems to do better against bigger players.   Overall a GREAT get if he did commit.  One of the Feb NLI signees??
