Believe it ended dead even.  Thank you Tristan David.  You get a extra big steak tonight.   Great game but should have closed it out earlier.  If we have to nit pick,  defense and JD were a off a bit.

Don't agree. Even all the announcers think Baptiste is a God.  Nobody has even come close to tying him or beating him all year.  TD is obviously as good or better. This is the elite 8 - everybody is good.

Fields made a couple of amazing plays with his stick that did not involve scoring. What a warrior! TD went toe to toe with the best and fought him to a draw in the biggest game of TD’s life. That’s a win in my book. The look on Tierney’s face at the end was priceless. Frozen sour puss.

Some other stats:  10 for 10 on clears, only 5 turnovers,  none by Tehoka, 2 of 4 on man-up.

The greatness of td can never be questioned again... This man just took over the mantle of the best as Baptiste graduated and career over.

That misconduct on Tehoka near the end...  Not sure what to think. Gotta keep composure in these games, but it appeared he was defending a teammate that had just been crosschecked without a call.

Exciting game to watch. Coach Marr said what all of the Dane train was thinking best in the video I shared in facebook group...

All he did was push the guy OFF of his teammate.  No punches no nothing.  BUT he almost got his head taken at the end of the third and NO FLAGS, nothing.

He gets hit hard every game. Not sure if it is the opponent strategy, or if it is retaliation for his physical play or if he trash talks a lot. 

That particular play looked worse live in realtime. The replay didn't show any misconduct. Either way, rushing in aggressively when you weren't directly involved in the play is asking the refs to call something. I love that he was protecting and standing up for his teammate.

I agree.  I think they ALL trash talk back and forth.   So I am sure he is good at it.
