It’s all good. They’ll beat Hartford on Saturday and we’ll hear how this group is going to the NCAA tournament at some point in their careers in the postgame.

In time, this team will learn what I think some of us have already astutely observed: we win with effort and sound three-point shooting and not with athleticism or raw talent. We are not, and will not be, good enough to win conference games on raw talent alone.

Also, don't expect to win games in February/March if you can't score 60 points.

We might go to the Tournament in the years ahead but Coach will need to add athletic pieces to our roster to make this happen.

Double the turnovers is why we are in this predicament. Remember that stupid pass Clark through behind him? That possession could be the difference. NEVER leave your feet if you don't have too. Basketball 101.

14-8 turnovers not so bad (not great either; Clark had 4 TOs); giving up 41% from 3 and shooting 6-21 from 3 didn't help us. We live by the 3 and lose by the 3 ... .

Hate to say, but hope there is a doctor in the locker room after the game to remove their heads from their asses.  It's where they were all game.  Disgraceful.

Someone on this board said it's an up and down season.  Boy is that the truth. On any given night we can beat anyone in the conference (except Vermont ) and lose to anyone in the conference.  

I'm disappointed but not shocked.

They hadn’t made a FG since the 3:18 mark. Clark scored the last 4 points attacking and getting to the line. Rizutto down 1 decideds to take a 3 when I’m pretty sure he  had a lane to drive, Healy down 2 decides to take another 3 as well. 

WB ends the game with a timeout in his back pocket.

I can't help but harp on sole bad decisions. Clark shooting terribly hoists up a brutal 3 that rimmed out then again turns the ball over throwing to no one but unh players. 

 

They never fed the post to lulka or Lauderdale. Relied to much on 3. Rizzuto bad attempt at a 3 down I think 1 and had a lane to his left. 

 

Down 2 Healey needed to attack and settled on a 3.

I’ve been critical of Clark, but he was the only one who attacked the rim when the shots weren’t falling for anyone. He in fact scored the last 6 points to even get them back in it. How about a tad bit better coaching? Use the time out you have!! Heard the announcers use the excuse that maybe they didn’t want to break up the flow. There was no flow all night! Smh
