Ketner doesn’t come across as overly athletic, but he plays bigger than he is and looks like banging bodies down low is his best game right now. We can surely use someone willing to take it inside.

Cam transferred, Lulka graduated and I believe is going into teaching ... does anyone have any update on Brent Hank? I noticed that he doesn't seem to be mentioned in any of the UA instagram posts. It wouldn't surprise me if he left, but I always loved watching him play. Such a huge human.  He is still listed on a bunch of the roster lists I have found, including Verbal Commits and other spots.

Based on a recent social media post from the UAlbany MBB Instagram account, 15 players were identified with active Instagram accounts.  Brent Hank name was not included in the listing.  Brent Hank had maintained an Instagram account which I do not currently follow.  So if you have an active Instagram account please check out what Brent is up to.

What is the rule with scholarship number this year? In my list (sorted by position), Amica is #14...which of our 17 players are walking on? Ketner, Fizulich and who else?

I'm only counting 16. Champion and Doles dont count towards the limit as covid seniors returning, Let etc and Fizulich are walk-ons, that brings us to 14.

My thought is that Hank isn't returning, but there hasn't been any announcements of that. He just hasn't been mentioned on any of the Instagram posts.

I have sent Brent Hank a message asking if he will return for the 2021 - 2021 season...asked for a simple yes or no....let us see if he responds....however, I already believe he is not

Pretty sure they DO COUNT. Remember first time [right after lax canceled in 2020] covid extra year offered; schools had to way the benefits of less scholarships for recruits. Unless they changed this, extra year returnees & transfers DO count towards scholie limits??

The same rules were extended after the 19-20 season to apply for the 20-21 season.

College Athletes that were in their last year of eligibility last year were all granted an additional year of eligibility, and if that extra year is taken, the scholarship will not count towards the teams limit. This only works for players that would have exhausted their eligibility last season.
